Premier Andrew Furey says the vaccine will be “highly suggested” but there are no plans to put legal measures in place for compulsory vaccinations.

Furey explains they won’t be doing that because we live in a democracy, and people have choices – even if they don’t make the right ones. The government is advocating that once approved by Health Canada, the vaccine is safe and everyone should avail of it.
