Newfoundland and Labrador again reported no new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.

That’s a string of five straight days without a single case reported, going back to Tuesday, December 29th.

There are also two new recoveries from the virus — one in the Eastern Health region and one in Central.

That leaves a total of nine active cases in the province.

To date, 374 people have recovered while one person remains in hospital with the virus.

A total of 73,080 people have been tested and there have been four deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the province.
